    • Bookings made more than 14 days before the event: A 50% deposit is required to reserve your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

    • Bookings made 14 days or less before the event: Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

    • Please note: Your booking is not confirmed until the required payment is received. Until then, your requested date remains available and may be booked by another group.
