With 13 years of experience in Bahamian tourism and food & beverage, Lacey Knowles is a seasoned mixologist who brings creativity and expertise to every cocktail she crafts. Certified by The National Casino and Bartending School, The British Butler Institute, and FAU in Hospitality and Tourism, Lacey has honed her skills through rigorous training and a deep passion for hospitality.
Known for her vibrant hosting and engaging conversation, Lacey offers a fun and immersive cocktail experience. She specializes in pairing rich Bahamian flavors with premium spirits, ensuring that each workshop is both creative and uniquely reflective of the local culture.
