Join us for a gentle, heart-centered tea ceremony where we’ll sip a thoughtfully blended herbal tea, set personal intentions, and reflect on themes of renewal, rebirth, and joy. This workshop blends intuitive herbalism with meditative practices, allowing us to connect deeply with the Earth and the plants around us.

Through guided tea tastings, blending, and sharing circles, you’ll create your own custom tea blend, inspired by the seasons, your needs, and the plants that call to you. We’ll explore wellness themes like sleep support, heart-healing, and intuition, drawing from traditional herbal wisdom and intuitive practices.

Each participant will take home their own personalized tea blend and a sampler of the blend channeled for this session. Rooted in slowness, rest, and connection, this gathering invites you to soften into the support of the season and the plants that accompany us.

Mugs and tea will be provided—just bring yourself and anything that brings you comfort. All are welcome.
